As the first SDR for a fastg-rowing talent attraction firm with 80% YoY growth since 2019, you’ll play a vital role in reimagining how Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies think about talent access.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls
- Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for Ace’s services
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders
- Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers
- Update CRM (HubSpot) with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
- Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings
- Build repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and outbound strategies
Requirements
MUST HAVE :
Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development rolesProven B2B sales experienceFamiliarity with candidate tracking systems like LoxoExcellent spoken and written EnglishDeep understanding of the CPG industry and terminologyPreferred :
