Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth for a well-established HVAC company through strategic Facebook advertising and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing high-performing ad campaigns that generate qualified leads for residential air conditioning services, while also nurturing those leads through the sales funnel. Working with daily budgets of $15-$ 20, you’ll be expected to deliver a minimum of 1-2 qualified leads per day. This performance-based role offers the chance to directly impact company revenue while working with an owner who provides clear success metrics and regular feedback. The position has strong potential for expansion into additional marketing channels and increased responsibilities based on successful performance.

Requirements
Proven track record in Facebook / Meta advertising with demonstrable lead generation results Ability to create effective campaigns immediately without requiring basic training or ramp-up time Experience in lead qualification and customer communication, preferably in service industries Familiarity with CRM systems for appointment booking and lead management processes Strong understanding of residential service industry dynamics and customer behaviour patterns Excellent written and verbal communication skills for prospect interactions Performance-oriented mindset with experience working with KPIs and measurable success metrics Availability to work during Florida business hours (8 AM - 4 PM Eastern Time) Experience with Instagram advertising integration through Meta platform Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with business owner
