BRIEF ROLE SUMMARY : SALES LEAD
The Sales Lead will be responsible for handling the group to drive growth and achieve targets. He will be required to have excellent people skills, as well as experience in sales. This person will need to work independently and is expected to deal directly with the Management.
He shall be responsible for generating new business opportunities and handling the sales process from initial contact through to the close of the business transactions. He shall play a vital role in developing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and advising them on the most suitable products and services.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Helps the Management in generating new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
2. Handles or leads the sales process from initial contact through to close.
3. Develop a relationship with potential customers and advise them on the most suitable products and services that the company can offer.
4. Negotiate with customers and close sales.
5. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action where necessary.
6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
7. Answering inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, SMS, and phone calls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
The person we are looking must have adequate experience in sales, can work independently, can handle change, has good communication and interpersonal skills. He / she must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
