TL AISA : Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
