Type : Part-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 10 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM Eastern Time (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and manage detailed website reports and analytics as specified by leadership
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks that support critical sales and business development operations
  • Conduct thorough checking and verification of information across various business processes
  • Organize and categorize data, contacts, and business materials to maintain operational efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive backend support for a wide range of tasks related to sales and business development functions
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and administrative processes that enable client-facing activities
  • Support project management and task coordination to help streamline business operations

Requirements

  • Prefers someone who has already tried working for Bruntwork
  • Proven experience in administrative support with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to diverse tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic business environment
  • Experience with data categorization, information management, and report preparation
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and managing various types of business documentation
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote work environment with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all task completion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while maintaining regular contact with leadership
