Chief Finance Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the company’s overall financial strategy and management, ensuring sound fiscal discipline, compliance, and operational excellence. This role is both strategic and hands‑on—overseeing end‑to‑end finance operations, from reporting and controllership to audit and treasury, while supporting growth and innovation in a fast‑evolving financial services environment.

• Oversee all aspects of financial management , including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with regulatory and accounting standards (IFRS / Philippine GAAP).
• Lead controllership and internal controls , safeguarding company assets and ensuring financial integrity.
• Manage external and internal audits , coordinating with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Drive cash flow management, capital planning, and treasury operations.
• Support the CEO and executive team in financial planning, investment decisions, and business strategy .
• Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee tax compliance and regulatory filings with BSP, SEC, and BIR (as applicable).
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team , fostering accountability and growth.
• Partner cross‑functionally to assess new products, pricing models, and financial risk exposure .
