Job Summary :

A reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Bookkeeping Associate to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This role involves 80% administrative support and 20% basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in administrative work and a basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Duties (80%)
  • Provide general administrative support to office operations and management.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Prepare and draft reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist in employee onboarding paperwork and document filing.
  • Support in coordinating office activities and small events.
  • Bookkeeping Support (20%)
  • Perform basic data entry of financial transactions.
  • Assist in recording and organizing receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Support with simple reconciliations and accounts tracking.
  • Work with the accountant or finance officer to ensure accurate records.
  • Maintain basic financial logs and assist in monthly reporting preparation.

Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or understanding of accounting fundamentals.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
