Job Summary :
A reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Bookkeeping Associate to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This role involves 80% administrative support and 20% basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in administrative work and a basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Duties (80%)
- Provide general administrative support to office operations and management.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
- Prepare and draft reports, letters, and documentation.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in employee onboarding paperwork and document filing.
- Support in coordinating office activities and small events.
- Bookkeeping Support (20%)
- Perform basic data entry of financial transactions.
- Assist in recording and organizing receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support with simple reconciliations and accounts tracking.
- Work with the accountant or finance officer to ensure accurate records.
- Maintain basic financial logs and assist in monthly reporting preparation.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of administrative experience.Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or understanding of accounting fundamentals.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
