Head Of Marketing Operations

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals and brand objectives. Serve as the primary Agency of Record (AOR) lead, managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of marketing and advertising solutions that meet client expectations. Lead brand positioning, campaign planning and direction with strong expertise from advertising agency experience. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives. Manage marketing budgets with focus on ROI, cost efficiency, and effective resource allocation. Collaborate closely with sales, business development, creative and production teams, and external advertising partners to ensure integrated campaign success. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions. Drive performance metrics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and report results to senior management and clients. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a creative, agency-style work environment. Spearhead partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer relationships to expand brand presence. Plan and execute event marketing and activation campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Ensure brand consistency and maintain company reputation across all communication channels using agency best practices.
