Marketing Operations Specialist

Job descriptionCreate and manage email campaign calendars, schedule sends, and prepare reports Plan and run A / B tests, track results, and suggest improvements Build and launch segmented email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture) Set up automated email workflows using Marketing Automation Platforms Support marketing activities : website updates, landing pages, content management, and database updates Handle operations across tools like CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Analytics Work with team leads to improve email campaign performance and processes Process daily ad hoc requests based on workflows Support requests for data, reports, and insights
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2–5 years work experience or education in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication skills to work with teams and international clients
- Experience with CRM, CMS, or Martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress, etc.) is an advantage
- Willing to keep learning, especially in digital marketing, data analytics, and tech tools
- Interest in researching and learning new systems
- Proficient in Windows, MS Office, especially Excel
- Willing to work in Pasig City twice a week, night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PST)
