1. Main purpose of the job

Were looking for an Influencer Operations Manager to help scale our Paid Amplification Influencer program , across our global market portfolio.

In this role, you'll be in charge of handling the content production of dedicated influencer assets for our Paid Social, Display and Youtube teams, as well as coordinate the creation of similar content provided by our local teams. This includes both Umid and large size influencers and UGC content. Together with the global Influencer Amplification PoC, you will approve talent, review content and ensure that the Platforms teams receive and go live with the content in due time, including ensuring that the dashboards are up to date, the assets follow our brand guidelines, are in the right format, and are named and saved correctly.

2. Responsibilities and duties

• In collaboration with the central teams, manage the content coming from two - three main agencies creating content for UGC and influencer for all HelloFresh markets.
• Ensure influencers receive campaign toolkits and have access to the necessary resources and support.
• Coordinate the delivery of content for our paid channels, ensuring that the content is high quality, follow our brand guidelines and are named and stored accordingly.
• Monitor content output to ensure it reflects brief requirements, brand tone, and is optimized for performance (e.g., CAC efficiency).
• Deliver regular performance reports on content delivered, content pushed.

3. Skills and preferred qualifications

Strong project management skills working with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.

English is required. Other languages is appreciated.
