Responsibilities
Calendar Management :
Oversee Client Content Calendars and circulate them for approval.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client approvals.
- Adhere to deadlines for achieving client objectives.
Data Entry :
Maintain databases for clients
Reformat client databases in accordance with platform-specific guidelines for seamless importing into the clients' database.Ensure data is entered in accordance with established guidelines and standards.Compliance with written guidelines and proceduresSocial Media Management :
Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.Schedule and publish social media posts, responding to comments and messages.Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.Provide analytics to the client to demonstrate the worth of the service they have invested in.Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms.Digital Marketing :
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO.
Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation.Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies.Client Support :
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients via email and texting platforms.
Manage client relationships, including follow-ups and feedback collection.Online research :
Gather information and data as needed.
Ensure that research is relevant to the client's geographic location and aligns with their specific target audience.Functional Computer Skills :
Proficiency in using spreadsheet & task management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com).
Basic understanding of data entry software and tools.Adeptness in utilizing social media scheduling software.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor computer-related issues.Technology and Internet Access :
