Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in labor relations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Experience working with unions preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities :
Manage labor relations and employee relations programs.
Advise management on labor laws and regulations.
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
Handle employee grievances and disputes.
Conduct investigations related to labor issues.
Develop and implement labor relations policies.
Maintain records of labor relations activities.
Collaborate with unions and employee representatives.
Provide training on labor relations topics.
