JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment, compensation administration, and policy development

✨ Organizing orientation sessions and training programs for newly hired employees

✨ Acting as a primary contact for staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt responses to their questions

✨ Coordinating and managing the HR department’s schedule

✨ Making sure the organization adheres to labor and employment regulations

✨ Performing additional administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
