As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist, your job is to maintain the data quality of our customer databases by performing research, data validation, and updating of existing records.

Your responsibilities include :

• conducting research on customer data as per guidelines / instructions
• analyzing existing data to check for inconsistencies and duplicates
• correcting data inaccuracies in our database
• preparing reports based on work done
• performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s)
