Job Description
We are looking for a Go High Level specialist who understands client-facing CRM management at a high level. You will manage, build, and optimize workflows that nurture leads, increase conversions, and support our clients’ growth. This role is for someone who knows GHL inside and out, understands deliverability, and can keep pipelines clean, structured, and fully functional.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Nurturing, CRM Management, and Automation Support
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow AND create SOPs precisely
- Manage and optimize client GHL subaccounts
- Build and refine automations, workflows, triggers, and pipelines
- Set up form tracking, calendars, attribution, and notifications
- Monitor inboxes, missed-call texts, and lead responses
- Set up and manage nurturing sequences (email, SMS, voicemail drops)
- Ensure all campaigns deliver clean data into CRM dashboards
- Troubleshoot issues with forms, funnels, DNS, Mailgun, domains, and integrations
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up optimization across clients
- Work directly with our strategist to implement improvements quickly
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline health, lead volume, and follow-up performance
