Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy of a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate company. The CMO will play a key role in shaping the company's brand presence, driving lead generation, and leading innovative marketing initiatives that connect with clients across the U.S.

This is a remote position based in the Philippines, ideal for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience managing global campaigns in the real estate or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to support the company\'s growth and business objectives
• Lead digital, social, and traditional marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Oversee creative direction, content strategy, and messaging to ensure consistent branding across all channels
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing direction on campaign execution, performance analytics, and budget allocation
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and market expansion strategies
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities in the U.S. real estate market
• Strengthen partnerships with external agencies, media, and key stakeholders to optimize brand exposure and performance
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment
