This is a remote position. We are seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Agent. As Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our client's products / services and generating sales leads over the phone. Your exceptional communication skills, tenacity, and ability to build rapport with potential customers will be key in achieving success in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Generate Sales Leads : Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing information about our construction services.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our construction offerings and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients.
- Quotation and Proposal Creation : Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients based on their specific project requirements.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct virtual or in-person presentations to showcase our company\'s capabilities, services, and previous successful projects.
- Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, overcome objections, and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.
Requirements :
