Overview
Delivering 100% in IT services for SM employees is the main role of the Information Technology Services Officer. More that that, you will also be responsible in ensuring that equipment provided to them are working properly and that they are compliant to the company's software and hardware policies. Together with your team, you will also be creating and evaluating the annual budget based on the needs of the IT department.
Responsibilities
- To assess, address, and manage all IT-related, specifically software and hardware-related, issues and concerns of Mall and SCMC Administrative office, as well as that of SMLI, and other SMPHI affiliated companies.
- To ensure proper compliance to guidelines and policies of such; to coordinate with the tenants in terms of all IT software and hardware requirements.
- To ensure the compliance of all involved external and internal parties to IT policies and procedures; to lead the coordination of all Mall Projects to all involved business units and tenants.
- To execute necessary training programs, refresher modules, as well as orientation modules to colleagues and / or directly supervised employees; for the purpose of achieving optimum operational efficiency within the limits of corporate guidelines and division goals.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years significant experience in network management (LAN / WAN / WLAN), and hardware / software servicing and troubleshootingIntermediate knowledge and skills in computer networking, and hardware and software operation, installation, servicing, and troubleshootingAbility to work in minimal supervisionHigh interpersonal skill and customer-orientedEducation Requirements
Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any Information Technology related courseWork Location
