Qualifications and Job Description :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- With experience in manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.) and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all employee benefits and statutory contributions.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with HRIS or payroll systems
- Keen to details and highly organized
