Job descriptionConduct market research and provide transparent feedback on customer and market trends. Develop and execute sales strategies for rapid growth with minimal resources. Own individual sales targets - from prospecting to closing SaaS and leads packages. Maintain strong customer relationships for recurring business and referrals. Provide weekly performance reports and continuously improve based on data-driven insights. Proven B2B SaaS or Platform sales experience (5+ years). Deep understanding of healthcare, medical tourism, or digital tech sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-management skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets. Work directly with a global leadership team on high-impact projects.
