Pricing Operations Associate (Night Shift)

General Description

The Pricing Operations Associate (SAP) will support sales and internal teams by processing and validating vendor pass-through special pricing programs. The role focuses on bid loading, managing vendor debits, and ensuring accurate pricing setup in SAP. It involves high-volume transaction handling, attention to detail, and direct coordination with internal teams through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

Process and validate special pricing requests in SAP.

Support sales teams in bid loading activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with vendor programs.

Manage vendor debits and related accounting entries.

Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

Respond to incoming calls and emails to provide information and resolve standard requests.

Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support compliance and audits.

Qualifications

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks.

Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in pricing operations, bid loading, accounting operations, or vendor management is a plus.
