Align with the sales manager and Team Leads in aligning the coaching priorities with business objectives Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards Analyze Daily and Weekly performance reports

- Experience in handling KPIs related to sales quota for any products
- Strong understanding on handling objections
- Can negotiate
- Process knowledge in Sales CRM, QA Tools, and Excel Dashboards
