Work Experience :
- At least 1 year of coaching or team leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably within a call center setting
- Experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas across various products
- Strong objection handling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Sales CRM, QA tools, and Excel dashboards
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherenceCoordinate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching efforts with overall business goalsEnsure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standardsReview and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement
