Paid Hours per Week : 20 hours
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online presence and drive campaigns that align with their mission of wellness and longevity. This role focuses on creating innovative marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, and optimizing engagement to boost customer acquisition, bookings, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Mission & Branding : Design and execute campaigns that promote wellness services and enhance brand visibility.
Digital Campaigns : Manage and optimize ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms with a focus on e-commerce performance.
Project Management : Coordinate with service providers (web designers, hosting, etc.) to achieve increased sales and bookings.
Website Management : Optimize the WordPress website for sales, bookings, and targeted demographic campaigns.
Problem Solving : Identify gaps in expertise and collaborate with providers to implement solutions.
Monthly Reporting : Deliver reports and meet with the owner to discuss performance, promotions, and new strategies.
Lead Generation : Manage social media, email, and SMS campaigns integrated with the booking system.
Online Presence Strategy : Improve the website, Google Business profile, and social media platforms for stronger visibility.
Enquiry Conversion : Enhance conversion rates through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Requirements
Proven digital marketing and project management experience.
Strong analytical skills with ability to adjust strategies based on data.
Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach.
Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Experience using Asana or Trello for project management.
Knowledge of CapCut and Canva for video editing.
Strong SEO expertise and WordPress optimization skills for product sales and bookings.
