• Extensive experience on reports analysis, Attrition and Retention Management + Engagement
• Strong attention to details, receptive to feedback
• Experience with HR Analytics, dashboard and reporting a plus
• Flexible on working hours. Hybrid, minimum 2 days in a week reporting to office, mid to late shift, depending on business need.
