Project Management Officer

About the role

Join the PTC Logistics (PTC Agency & Transport, Inc.) team as a Project Management Officer. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As Project Management Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic initiatives and business objectives of our rapidly growing logistics company. This position requires exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What you'll be doing

Manage the implementation of newly acquired business by the company and transition from acquisition to business operations stabilization.

Provide project management support to ensure client expectations are met.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within the budget.

Work with clients to identify requirements and manage expectations.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Conduct status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Provide training and support to clients on new products and services.

Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation management, process improvement, or project management roles

Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phased projects.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels

Proficient in data analysis and the use of project management tools and techniques

Ability to travel as needed to clients' sites.
