Set and meet revenue targets (rooms, F&B if applicable, ancillary services).Monitor occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR.Identify and execute initiatives to improve profitability.Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of the property (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services).Ensure guest satisfaction : managing guest experience, handling complaints, maintaining service quality.Stakeholder / Partner Relations
Work with hotel owners, property partners, vendors.Coordinate with OYO regional / corporate teams (marketing, revenue management, tech).Prepare, monitor, and control budgets.Monitor costs, expenses, P&L.Ensure compliance / minimize revenue leakage.Staff Management
Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).Build culture, ensure good staff morale / resolution of issues.Quality, Standards & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, health & safety regulations.Work with marketing teams to promote property.Oversee listings on OTAs / online platforms; ensure accuracy of descriptions, availability.Drive both online and offline demand.Performance Reporting & Analysis
