Scope :
Remote work arrangement with UK-based plastic surgery clinic
Focus on day-to-day bookkeeping operations and financial record maintenance
Year-end compilation and preparation of financial documents
Ongoing reconciliation of multiple banking accounts and credit card statements
Direct collaboration with external accountant through organized financial submissions
Responsibilities :
Submit all clinic receipts through the Dext system to the accountant
Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets tracking all expenses and income
Monitor and reconcile company accounts and statements
Input financial transactions from NatWest banking and American Express accounts
Compile and organize all financial statements at the end of the accounting year for submission to the accountant
Ensure books are consistently reconciled and updated
Track what comes in and what goes out of the business on detailed spreadsheets
Requirements
Experience with bookkeeping and financial record management
Familiarity with Dext or similar receipt submission software
Proficiency with spreadsheet management and data entry
Knowledge of UK banking systems, particularly NatWest and American Express
Understanding of UK accounting practices and year-end procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
