The Marketing Services Officer supports the execution of marketing campaigns and partner initiatives, working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager and other teams. This role involves assisting with partner coordination, monitoring competitor activities related to payment programs, and helping manage relationships to ensure successful marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners (e.g. banks, merchants, fintechs, payment providers), ensuring brand consistency an alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate creative development, campaign messaging and channel selection in collaboration with internal creative teams and external agencies
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions), reporting results, ad optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely campaign rollout, compliance with timelines, and proper documentation
- Regularly research and monitor activities related to payment services, loyalty programs, pricing, and promotions
- Prepare reports that identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to help refine strategic initiatives
- Keep updated on emerging payment technologies and evolving consumer preferences in the digital payments space
- Act as primary liaison between company and marketing partners, ensuring effective communication, and alignment on joint initiatives.
- Manage partner onboarding processes marketing campaigns, including briefing sessions, contractual reviews, and promotional calendar alignment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner contact lists, activity logs, and campaign documentation
- Resolve issues or escalations swiftly and professionally, maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with all partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in marketing or partner coordination roles.Basic understanding of marketing campaign processes and partner management.Good research and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Familiarity with payment industry marketing is a plus but not required.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
