About the Role :
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting and assisting employees with computer-related issues. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow in the IT field while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via remote access, chat, or calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, software, internet connectivity, and peripherals.
- Assist with system updates, installations, and configuration.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.
- Ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime and maintain employee productivity.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of IT support or helpdesk experience.Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Must be amenable to night shift work.What We Offer :
