Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.5–7 years of account management experience in a creative / advertising / marketing agency.Strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).Exceptional client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management and digital campaign tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,Workamajig, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop strong, trusted advisor relationships with client decision-makers.
- Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and marketing challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across ATL, BTL, and Digital.
2. Campaign & Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns (concept >
execution >
evaluation).
- Develop clear client briefs and ensure internal teams (Creative, Digital, Production)
have the right inputs.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets with precision.
- Coordinate with Traffic / Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure campaigns are integrated across ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms.
3. Strategic & Creative Collaboration
- Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to deliver impactful campaign solutions.
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea development for client briefs.
- Ensure creative outputs align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide strategic input in campaign planning, media integration, and
performance measurement.
4. Financial Management
- Guide and mentor Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Support team development and encourage best practices in client servicing.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to strengthen integrated campaign delivery.
- Act as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and client excellence.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor Account Executives and Account Managers.

- Deliver regular client updates, performance reports, and campaign evaluations.

- Report account health and opportunities to senior leadership.
