Job Title : BPO Call Center - Talent Acquisition – Individual Contributor

Salary : Up to ₱70,000

Schedule : Day or Mid Shift (occasional graveyard shift as needed)

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional—ideally at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level—who is ready to take on an Individual Contributor role. This person must have excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to represent our company confidently in high-level meetings with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization, ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, and external stakeholders, projecting confidence and professionalism.
• Control and lead discussions in external engagements to protect and promote the company’s interests.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data for decision-making.
