Job Description – Sales Enablement Manager (Contractor)

Position Purpose
The Sales Enablement Manager will strengthen the sales team by building processes, training, and coaching programs that support both performance and culture. While this role does not involve direct selling, it plays a critical part in ensuring the sales team has the right tools, guidance, and environment to succeed. Reporting under HR & People Operations, the specialist will focus on leadership development, empathy-driven training, and culture reinforcement, while aligning closely with Sales to ensure consistency and results.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Structure
Develop and document clear sales and customer service workflows, scripts, and playbooks.
Create training manuals and structured onboarding programs for both sales reps and leaders.
Standardize processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and client experience.
Training & Coaching
Deliver regular training sessions on sales skills, customer service, and leadership.
Provide ongoing coaching to sales reps and managers, focusing on motivation and team culture.
Build leadership development programs for managers promoted from within.
Culture & DEI Reinforcement
Ensure that sales training and leadership coaching reflect company values of empathy, respect, and inclusion.
Help implement DEI initiatives into day-to-day practices and client interactions.
Support HR in driving a healthy and motivating workplace culture.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Monitor sales KPIs, training effectiveness, and team engagement.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
Provide insights to HR and Sales leadership for decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or leadership development.
Strong knowledge of consultative sales and customer experience principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Empathetic and motivating approach with passion for people development.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred : Experience in a leadership role, or demonstrated ability to coach and train leaders.
Preferred : Background in healthcare or professional services sales.
Engagement Details
Contractor position, remote.
Works closely with HR & Sales leadership.
Working Hours : 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time
Compensation based on experience and location.
