KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a strategic L&D vision aligned with organizational objectives and talent strategies.
- Identify organizational skill gaps and training needs through comprehensive assessments and industry analysis.
- Design and oversee the delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Lead and manage the L&D team to ensure excellence in program execution and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed learning initiatives within talent management, succession planning, and organizational growth.
- Measure and analyze the impact of L&D initiatives using data-driven approaches to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage the L&D budget, optimizing resources and ensuring cost-efficient training solutions.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Educational background : Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, education, or related field; master\'s degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline is a strong plus.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
Relevant work experience : Minimum 10 years\' experience in learning and development, talent management, or related HR functions with proven record of developing impactful learning programs.
