- Grow the customer base, improve account profitability, and deepen business relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and implement the Business Center's sales plan in fulfillment of the Retail Banking Group's overall goals.
- Grow the customer base through internal or external sales initiatives and ensure timely servicing of clients\' financial needs.
- Maintain cordial working relations with clients to support their financial needs.
