Job descriptionPerform basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation using Xero Manage and organize accounts inbox with high attention to detail Handle small amounts of invoicing and invoice chasing Execute critical end-of-month procedures for approximately 150 vending booths globally Process and organize data received via email from field technicians Identify and flag discrepancies such as non-functioning hard drives or onboarding issues Develop and maintain spreadsheets for profit and loss analysis by individual machine Support cashflow forecasting and financial management activities Work closely with company leadership on financial control initiatives Proven experience with Xero accounting software Strong bookkeeping and accounting background Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Experience managing high-volume email inboxes Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets) Ability to work Singapore timezone hours Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills for working directly with senior management Direct reporting relationship with company leadership Opportunity to take on additional financial management responsibilities as the role develops Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring
Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 20 hours per week, with growth potential to increase
- Critical availability required during first 5 working days of each month
- Monday to Friday 12 PM to 4 PM
- Client Timezone : Singapore
