Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Reservations Supervisor to join our Cebu-based team. This role requires a strong background in reservations, customer service, and sales, with leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of GDS tools. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the reservations team and contribute to increasing bookings and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the reservations team while ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to achieve departmental KPIs
- Manage and optimize the reservation process across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate bookings
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, improve service delivery, and increase revenue
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Prepare and present performance reports and booking trends to management
- Train new staff and ensure continuous upskilling of the reservations team
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry regulations
- Utilize GDS tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar systems) to manage reservations and maximize efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a call center environmentMinimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleSales experience is a must-haveHands-on experience using GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and other reservation-related softwareBenefits (Upon Regularization)
