The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and daily HR operational matters including employee onboarding, offboarding, employee confirmation and contract renewal tracking, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and performance management. This role will be supporting our ground workforce based in Singapore.
This position will be located in the Philippines

HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Support and manage the full employee lifecycle which includes pre-onboarding, employee orientation, employee confirmation, work pass applications, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management, employment contract renewals, learning & development, and updating HR policies.
- Provide professional, business-focused HR services and conduct business partnering duties.
- Manage and submit required grants in relation to training, handling submission of NS make up pay and Government paid leaves.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for key metrics such as leave trends, compensation and manpower movement statistics to Management.
- Handle and provide company information for surveys including those required by Statutory Government bodies.
- Familiarity with timely & accurate payroll payments while complying to the relevant legislations & stipulated Company’s policies & guidelines
- Liase and work with the recruitment team to fufill manpower placements in the Managed Services Business unit in a timely manner.
- As the organization is a lean team, the Human Resources Executive must be willing to be hands on at operational level such as data entry for HR system and handling staff queries around benefits.
- Ensure quality data management of HR records, and information in personnel files and HRIS, in accordance with company policies, labour regulations and audit guidelines.
- Manage medical benefits, insurance, work injury claims and ensure prompt follow up.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies based on HR best practices
Employee Engagement and Communications
Participate and support employee engagement of the ground workforce through company events such as townhall, trainings, team bonding and employee engagement initiativesAddress any staff queries and follow up accordinglyBuild strong working relationships based on credibility and open communicationHR Processes and Change Management
Support Department Head in the execution of HR transformation and digitalisation efforts for business processes as well as HR processes and workflows.Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.Qualifications and Skills set :
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hands-on HR admin functions, preferably in IT manpower outsourcing environment.Professional company representationExperience and knowledge in the IT Industry would be advantageousProven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.Strong business acumen and commercial understanding.Minimum Diploma in Business / Human Resource Management or equivalentGood knowledge of Singapore employment legislation (MOM Employment Act) and IRAS tax regulationsProficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High level of integrity and sensitivity in managing confidential informationStrong people skills and ability to communicate effectively across various levelsGood written EnglishInitiative-taking and strong attention to detailsKnowledge of HRIS systems or similar will be an added advantageMust have local authorisation to work in PhilippinesAble to start immediately is a plusBenefits
