Responsibilities :
Analyze and contribute to improving company operations and workplace culture.
Attend monthly store training sessions and effectively cascade learnings to the wider training team.
Prepare training materials for sessions held both within and outside Metro Manila.
Conduct regular training sessions for store crew members to meet and maintain company training standards.
Monitor and manage the training calendar to ensure timely execution of scheduled programs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify employee skills gaps and training requirements.
Develop and deliver tailored in-house training programs to address identified skill deficits.
Coordinate external training programs when internal solutions are insufficient or unavailable.
Requirements :
Open to both male and female candidates.
Prior experience as a Training Officer in the Food and Beverage industry is required.
Demonstrated success in a similar training or learning and development role.
Proven ability to contribute to company growth through effective training initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in conducting training needs assessments and developing targeted learning solutions.
Energetic, proactive, and highly capable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Willing to be assign in Makati and Cavite Area.
