Marketing Operations & Funnel Lead

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Funnel Lead who combines strong funnel-building, copywriting, and optimization skills with the structure and reliability of a project manager. You’ll work directly with the founder to conceptualize, build, and optimize marketing funnels, while also dramatically improving internal workflows through automations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on innovation and independent execution.

Part-time : Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours)

Remote : Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)

Engagement Type : Independent Contractor

Monthly Rate : $600-850 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing :

• Funnel Building & Marketing Execution

Design and implement complete marketing funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, upsells, and thank-you pages (e.g., Freebie Funnels, Masterclass Funnels).

Independently manage your own workload and priorities, requiring minimal oversight.
