Job Description :

This is an exciting opportunity to become the backbone of HR operations for a dynamic healthcare practice. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations while the clinical team focuses on patient care. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative expertise and human resources management, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on team efficiency and employee satisfaction. You’ll work directly with leadership, gain valuable healthcare industry experience, and have the opportunity to grow with an established practice that values professional development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor the annual leave and HR portal system (Staffology) to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Oversee learning platform access and track statutory training compliance for all team members
  • Process annual leave requests efficiently and maintain up-to-date leave balances
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related email inquiries, providing professional and timely responses
  • Research HR rules, regulations, and policies to support decision-making and compliance
  • Perform essential CRM tasks using the user-friendly JaneApp system
  • Handle professional email correspondence and communication via Gmail
  • Participate in monthly team meetings when possible to stay connected with practice operations
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR administration and employee record management
  • Strong proficiency with web-based HR platforms and learning management systems
  • Excellent written communication skills with professional email etiquette
  • Basic CRM experience or demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Knowledge of statutory training requirements and compliance tracking procedures
  • Ability to research and interpret HR policies and regulations independently
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote work environment
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
