Job Summary
The Area Sales Head (In-house Sales) is responsible for driving corporate residential sales targets within the assigned region. This role leads in-house sales operations, oversees residential projects, and ensures alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage in-house residential sales teams across projects within the designated area to achieve sales targets and optimize margins.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Area Sales Coordinators to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate roadmaps.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, field execution issues, and analytical reporting.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales operations and seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales coordination, with at least 2 years managing multi-project or territory sales operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel (dashboards), PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.Strong strategic thinking, coaching, and leadership capabilities.Experience translating field insights and sales data into actionable plans for senior leadership.Knowledgeable of local real estate market trends and residential sales indicators.Established network and connections within the residential sales sector in the assigned area.Willingness to travel as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
