Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
Location : Philippines (Manila – hybrid office and remote work). US Pacific Standard Time hours required. 6‑month contract.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical and non‑technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent pools and hiring managers, recommending new sourcing strategies.
- Develop strategic job plans, coach hiring managers on best practices, and ensure a consistent, exceptional candidate experience.
- Contribute to regional recruitment initiatives and improve hiring processes.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the technology sector.Proven track record of hiring top talent efficiently with a high close rate.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate across multiple countries and time zones.Highly organized, process‑oriented, and able to prioritize work effectively.Proficiency in working US PST hours.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Equal Opportunity
