Responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical and non‑technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent pools and hiring managers, recommending new sourcing strategies.
• Develop strategic job plans, coach hiring managers on best practices, and ensure a consistent, exceptional candidate experience.
• Contribute to regional recruitment initiatives and improve hiring processes.
