Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Corporate Health & Wellness Services to lead our onsite clinic management and corporate care programs for partner organizations. This role will design and deliver holistic healthcare and wellness solutions that support employee well-being, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Oversee onsite medical services for corporate accounts, ensuring quality and compliance with DOH and industry standards
- Maximize clinic operations by aligning resources, staffing, and processes with client needs
- Develop and implement care programs, health campaigns, and wellness initiatives tailored to corporate clients
- Partner with client HR teams to design preventive care programs, health awareness sessions, and engagement activities
- Build strong, proactive relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their evolving healthcare needs are met
- Drive utilization of MaxiHealth’s Primary Care Clinics (PCCs) by integrating corporate programs with our broader healthcare ecosystem
- Ensure seamless coordination between onsite clinics and MaxiHealth’s external service network
- Monitor and review clinical documentation, incident reporting, and audit readiness
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health staff)
- Foster a service-oriented and patient-centered culture in corporate clinics
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, allied health, or related medical field (required).Master’s in public health, healthcare management, or business administration (preferred).Experience / Knowledge :
At least 8 years of healthcare experience, with 5+ years in corporate health services, clinic management, or occupational health programsStrong background in program development, client relationship management, and healthcare operationsExperience in managing multi-site teams and corporate partnerships is an advantageIn-depth understanding of corporate wellness, occupational health standards, and DOH regulationsProven ability to design and roll out health & wellness programsStrong leadership, client-facing, and presentation skillsTraits :
