Job descriptionManage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and loss prevention. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Oversee store merchandising to maintain a visually appealing environment. Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging communication and teamwork. Resolve conflicts and address performance issues promptly and effectively. Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding sales, inventory, and staffing. Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak times. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; College Level are welcome to apply Previous retail management experience, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office. - Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills.

- Drive store sales by implementing promotional strategies and optimizing product placement.
