What youll do :

As a Lead Generation Associate , you'll play a key role in identifying and compiling potential business opportunities. You'll research and gather cold leads from multiple platforms, making sure our sales team has the right data to connect with the right people at the right time.

Key responsibilities for this role include :

• Source and gather potential leads from platforms like Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and others.
• Compile and maintain accurate lead lists, including contact details and company information.
• Organize leads into structured databases for easy access by the sales team.
• Ensure all data is current, complete, and categorized according to sales requirements.
• Support the sales team by providing lead reports and insights when needed.
• Stay updated on new sourcing strategies, tools, and trends to improve lead quality.
• Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required.
