Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Staff 1 :   Mon–Fri, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM,  includes 1-hour unpaid break |  Alberta, Canada ( Mountain Time)
Staff 2 :   Wed–Sun 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM,  includes 1-hour unpaid break |  Alberta, Canada ( Mountain Time)
Paid hours per week : 40 Hours
Responsibilities :
- Take incoming calls and handle all phone communication with families, staff, and healthcare providers
- Confirm and coordinate scheduling between patients, nurses, and internal staff
- Review and process insurance documents and patient paperwork
- Update and maintain patient records in internal systems
- Handle urgent calls from families requesting immediate nursing support
- Perform administrative and back-end tasks to support daily operations
- Manage communication between different departments (nursing, therapy, administration)
- Return calls and send SMS communications as needed
- Support busy periods when demand for services increases
