We are looking for a dedicated and visionary Co-Founder to join us in revolutionizing the pet food industry through a combined digital and retail / distribution strategy. As a Co-Founder, you will lead business development efforts to expand our retail and distribution presence across the Philippines. You will activate your network of distributors, drive partnerships, and manage key accounts to build BarePets.com into a household name.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive Business Development Experience : 5–10 years in business development, specifically in retail and distribution. Experience in FMCG, particularly pet food, is highly desirable.
- Established Networks : A proven network of distributors and contacts within the Philippines that you can activate immediately.
- Account Management Skills : Exceptional skills in managing distributor and retailer relationships to drive growth and ensure excellent partner satisfaction.
- Retail & Distribution Knowledge : Strong understanding of retail and distribution landscapes, including supply chain, pricing strategies, and channel management.
- Passion for Pets : A genuine love for pets and commitment to delivering the best for pet owners.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit : The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and driving growth initiatives with creativity and dedication.
- Digital + Retail Vision : While our digital strategy is already in effect and led by the current team.
