Job descriptionBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. At least 3-5 years of work experience in Recruitment and Training, preferably in an ISO-certified organization. Familiarity with ISO 9001 (or relevant standards) and experience maintaining HR documentation for compliance is an advantage. Strong interviewing, sourcing, and talent assessment capabilities. Experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation. Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience using HRIS, and Canva design
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations : Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting positive employee relations.
- Performance Management : Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
- Benefits Administration : Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development : Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
