JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to be deployed to one of our clients in the retail industry. This role will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, ensuring the consistent implementation of HR policies, and managing key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and compliance.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level and support positions
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities in partnership with store management
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in addressing workplace issues and support disciplinary processes when required
- Monitor employee attendance and schedule adherence
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate time record processing
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and other HR records
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and client-specific guidelines
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance summaries
- Assist in HR functions including training coordination, benefits administration, and store-level audits
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Officer-level rolePreferably with experience in retail, sales, or service-oriented industriesSolid understanding of Philippine labor laws and general HR practicesStrong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsHighly organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently in an on-site settingWORK SCHEDULE :
Monday to Saturday - Onsite
